We do not permit smoking in our house.
Pets are not allowed.
Check in is from 2pm onwards, unless otherwise stipulated. It is requested that guests contact Lucy at least half an hour before arrival so that she can make arrangements for you to access the house and meet you.
Check out is 10am, unless arranged in advance of departure.
A complimentary breakfast hamper will be provided on the first day, but thereafter, 2 days notice will be required to provided additional breakfast or BBQ hampers. Please let us know about any dietary requirements in advance.
As this is a working farm, we ask that you please be mindful of cattle nearby. There may be strange smells and sounds, but please be aware that this is just part and parcel of farm life.
We regret that any cancellations within 2 weeks (14 days) of commencement of stay will not be refunded.
In accordance with the Inn-Keepers Act you are liable for costs associated with repair and replacement to building and contents during your stay. A deposit of $150 will be taken on arrival to cover any lapse of cleanliness or damages that occur, and will be refunded after checkout.
